The starting point for designing the new KRISZ visual identity was the visual interpretation of Christian values — we sought a design language that is both contemporary and resonates authentically with younger generations.
Our aim was to craft a visual identity capable of expressing the faith, mission, and communal dynamism of the Reformed Youth Association of Királyhágómellék, using forms and structures that speak the language of today.
The logo’s central elements — the cross and the crown — symbolize Christ’s redemptive role and the promise of eternal life. The crown’s upward-pointing peaks serve as a visual metaphor for spiritual growth, while also echoing the mountain ranges of Királyhágó, thus linking the symbol to regional identity.
The new KRISZ identity is more than visual design — it is a theological and communal self-definition that not only communicates the association’s message, but also enables it to be visually lived and shared.
